Vilde Martine Gjethammer

Group General Counsel and Partner at Amp Eleven, helping the portfolio companies with various legal matters. Vilde has previous experience from the Tier-1 law firm Thommessen, where she worked mainly with M&A, equity transactions and ongoing corporate legal assistance.

Vilde has extensive experience with fast-growing technology companies, including start-ups and scale-ups. Vilde holds a five-year law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bergen, which included an exchange year at Queen Mary University of London, where she specialized in corporate and finance law.
