Amp Eleven’s March 2026 post announced that Dinamo, Digr, Techpros and London-based KAE had joined Born Digital. Born Digital’s own announcement describes the same four acquisitions and the group’s entry into the UK.
This is the same transaction covered in the later Amplified article “Born Digital adds four companies”, not four additional acquisitions. We have omitted the turnover figure because the original Amp Eleven post used NOK while Born Digital’s announcement used SEK.
Our reading: the acquisitions connect different specialist teams and extend customer reach. That outcome still depends on the work the companies do together.
