Partner and CFO at Amp Eleven, providing CFO support across the portfolio — pricing, capital structure and deal mechanics, plus the less glamorous work that goes into building a company that compounds over time.

Before Amp Eleven Stian was a Director in PwC Deals, with extensive experience in M&A advisory, capital markets and restructurings, focused on private equity and financial services transactions.

Stian holds three degrees from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH): an M.Sc. in Finance, an M.Sc. in Accounting and Audit, and an Executive MBA in Finance.
